Tourist Visas
(B-1 and B-2) Undoubtedly, you have heard that foreign nationals
are denied tourist visas every day. Trends in politics as well as the
moods of the individual consular officers often play a role in why the
embassies and consulates issue denials. However, many tourist visa applicants
receive denials because they do not have the proper documentation to support
the tourist visa application. Immigration law firms are experienced in
assisting people prepare strong tourist visa applications and can assist

US Consulate in Salonika
The U.S. offers two kinds of tourist visas: B-1 and B-2. B-1 visas are
for business purposes. The embassy will give you a B-1 visa if you can
show that you are coming to the U.S. for a legitimate business purpose.
These visas require more documentation than a regular tourist visa and
are sometimes more successful. B-2 visas are the typical tourist visa
which you use to visit family in the U.S. or just to come look around.
Again, the embassies are looking for specific documentation to prove to
the embassy that you are not trying to come to the U.S. to stay permanently.
We are familiar with both kinds of tourist visas and are experienced in
preparing visa packages for you to present to the embassy.
