Intracompany Transfer Visa
(L Visa)
Labor Certification is a way
of obtaining a greencard through a job offer. If we are able to prove
to the government that your business needs an employee and that you are
unable to find a qualified worker in your local labor market, we can obtain
permission for you to obtain a greencard for a qualified foreign national
to work for your business. We are now able to obtain a labor certificate
in approximately 3-6 months depending on whether the job is professional
or non-professional. Once we have the labor certificate, we can then move
forward with getting the greencard either through adjustment of status
for someone within the U.S. or consular processing for someone outside
the U.S.
